I work with my son, Josh Toering, and together we have over 40 years of experience selling properties on the Palos Verdes Peninsula. Rolling Hills is a gated city located at the top of the Palos Verdes Peninsula. The main entrance is off Palos Verdes Drive North with secondary entrances at Crenshaw and Crest Road as well as Palos Verdes Drive East. Rolling Hills is well known for its equestrian estates, large lots, and privacy. The views are spectacular too!
