Most buyers are blind to potential.

I'm not a doctor but I play one on TV.

Ok, I don't play a doctor on TV. I'm not on TV at all.

I think we can all agree that I should have my own Home Staging show, but those executives at HGTV aren't returning my calls.

So what's my point?

Much like a doctor, a home stager is in the business of improving condition.  We diagnose the problem and we prescribe the necessary treatment.

Much like an eye doctor home stagers improve vision. We actually help potential buyers see more clearly.

Most people cannot visualize...90% will only see what is shown to them. Buyers don't look past dated window treatments, busy wallpaper,  mauve painted walls, and stained carpets to see a house's potential.

Most buyers are blind to potential.

If a house is not properly prepared prior to listing, to be both visually and emotionally appealing, the result will be an epidemic of Buyer Blindness

No need to worry....the condition is not permanent. Buyers' vision can be fully restored.

A Professional Home Stager can provide the cure for Buyer Blindness. Once a house has undergone treatment, every buyer who enters it will have 20/20 vision!

For those of you who are planning to list your home for sale, remember that prevention is the best medicine.

A Home Staging Consult can prevent Buyer Blindness....no more needless suffering!

I'm pretty sure Benjamin Franklin was referring to Home Staging when he said....

"An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure."
