Located on the west side of Brentwood, off Granny White Pike, just south of Old Hickory Blvd, means you have quick access to I-65, and an easy commute to downtown Nashville. Belle Rive is also zoned for top ranked Williamson County Schools, and is currently zoned for Scales elementary school, Brentwood middle school, and Brentwood high school. All are ranked in the top 1% of public schools in Tennessee.
Most of 75 homes built in Belle Rive were built in 1980's, and early 1990's . The average price of homes sold in Belle Rive in 2015 was $792,000, with 4900 square feet, and a acre lot. Many of the homes have been remodeled to modern day standards, and you can expect to pay a premium price for these homes. Compared to new homes in Annandale or the Governors club, Belle Rive homes are a bargain in my opinion.
