Moving to the Portola Springs Neighborhood in Irvine, CA.
If you are looking for a family-friendly neighborhood in one of California's top-rated school districts (IUSD), with resort-style ammenities and numerous family-oriented parks, come check out the Portola Springs Village homes in Irvine, CA. These homes come with easy access to great ammenities, including multiple swimming pools, playgrounds, barbecues, and sports courts. Also, access to local trails will keep you busy with your family's healthy outdoor lifestyle, whether you are walking, jogging, walking your dog, or riding your bike.
Our family recently moved to Portola Springs, and being a mom of two, one the first thing I looked for were schools. Portola Springs is in the Irvine Unified School District that offer some of the state's top-rated schools. Portola Springs Elementary, Jeffereson Trail Middle School, Northwood High School, and the much anticipated Portola High School are some of the assigned schools for this neighborhood.
As for shopping, the local Woodbury and Orchard Hills town centers offer a wide variety of shops, banks, grocery stores, such as Trader Joes, Ralphs, CVS, Walgreen, assorted restaurants, cafes, fitness centers... and much more. The Irvine Spectrum Center, also nearby, is an outdoor mall with a giant ferris wheel, a carousel, a toddler train, and an IMAX theater to entertain your family year-round.
We love our new neighbors, regularly fire up the BBQ together at the neighborhood park/pool and carpool our kids to schools. It's the lifestyle that I've been dreaming of and we're so happy to raise our family here.
So, if you are thinking of moving, I'd be more than happy to show you around my beautiful neighborhood.
