The historic sales for single family detached homes in the Williamsburg Virginia area for the past three years indicate that the market is improving.
The data which was gathered from the Williamsburg MLS covers the zipcodes 23185, 23188, 23168. These zipcodes include Williamsburg, James City County, Toano and parts of upper York County.
The highest number of sales are in the $200,000 to $450,000 price range. The sales in most price ranges were higher in 2015 and 2016 than in 2014.
