It's been another warm week here in the mountains. I'm sure many of you would much rather be up here as our temperatures range between 15-20° below everyone else's, although there was one record high day of 99° this week.

• 8 sold - all were sold by local agents. 

*Lake rights - Lake Arrowhead is a private lake, which means that unless you own property in the Arrowhead Woods, you are not permitted to fish, swim, enjoy the trails, visit the two beach clubs, (Tavern Bay and Burnt Mill) or boat on the lake.
