Hi folks!
It's that time again when I need to evaluate, or rather REevaluate where our money is best spent for advertising. Sometimes I have a hard time convincing my team that the numbers don't lie (Question: why are we advertising in XYZ magazine, when we haven't had a single call? Answer: Because it's a cool magazine with pretty colors.) I imagine that is the round about way to say that it makes us look like big shots.
It would be so helpful to me, and anyone else that reads this post, to know what is actually making you money. I'm not looking for details, such as which magazines, newspapers, web sites, specifically. What I need is simply broken down into approximate ROI, such as spent $100 on web sites, returned $20,000, spent $200 on direct mailing, returned $10,000, spent $500 on printed materials, returned $50,000.
Thanks in advance for any info/guesswork you are willing to share!
