Celebrate Fourth of July in Roswell

Roswell gives you a couple ways to Celebrate Fourth of July in Roswell.

Get the day started at Barrington Hall’s Second Annual Fourth of July Celebration. Enjoy barbecue and bluegrass music in the backyard of Barrington Hall. The King family, who built Barrington Hall, celebrated the 4th of July with their friends, family and neighbors in the 1800s. This will be the second annual 4th of July celebration Barrington Hall hosts. There will be barbecue, beer, soft drinks and desserts for sale. The celebration is from 11am to 5pm.

The Mill Kitchen and Bar is bringing the wonderful BBQ – with family fun games & crafts on the lawn too. So grab your favorite lawn chairs and head on down.

The music is free of charge. A children’s area will keep the youngsters occupied with games and crafts. Come on over and enjoy this laid back and musical 4th of July celebration. Call 770-640-3855 for more information.

The City of Roswell will once again host a huge community celebration of our nation’s Independence Day at the annual 4th of July Extravaganza, which will take place on Monday, July 4th at Sweet Apple Elementary School. Please note this is a location change from its originally scheduled location at Roswell High School.

Beginning at 5:30 p.m., attendees can enjoy giant inflatables, carnival games, food trucks, face painting, and other family-friendly activities. Live music will begin at 6 p.m. with the Last Call Band, and then Banks and Shane will take the stage at 7:30 p.m. Fireworks will begin at dark.

Sweet Apple Elementary School (a drug-, alcohol-, and tobacco-free zone) is located at 12025 Etris Road in Roswell.

4th of July fireworks are probably my favorite part of summer. Sounds like the Roswell celebration will be top-notch.  Hope you have a great one!
