I know three people with food trucks and they keep them spotlessly clean, in fact they spend as much time cleaning as cooking. However I'm very apprehensive to eat out of one of these trucks where I don't know the owner Kim Johnson .

Food trucks have become quite popular in our area and I think it is a great way for someone to have a nice restaurant without all of the expense.
