South Riding Mid Week Update 6/25/2016 - 6/29/2016

I wanted to provide a mid week update for Stone Ridge. there are currently 57 homes for sale. 1 homes new to the market; 1 traditional sale detached homes. 6 homes received a contract; 1 traditional condos, 3 traditional sale town homes, & 2 traditional sale detached homes.  2 homes were reported sold; 2 traditional sale town homes.  There are 1 homes coming soon.  I will provide a more details in next week's Weekly Update.
