Great TIPS to help clients prepare their homes before Selling

By
Real Estate Agent with Long Realty West Valley

Many of my clients in the Sun City Grand area are waiting for cooler weather before they list their home. Summer is a great time to be inside with the AC on to do the job! One of the services I offer is assisting them on how to prepare their home to generate a fast sale.

As agents we all know that the bottom line is "To get the best return on your home, you need to make your home look its best".

I love giving this guide to future Sellers and they appreciate getting it. It's a super friendly quick overview of all the tasks a Seller should complete before putting my For Sale sign in their yard. And it's so darned CUTE! Hope this helps to inspire you to get on the move!
