My husband has a listing in Irvine, Ca. There are MANY MANY new home communities in our area, and we are losing many buyers to those new homes. My husband needed to create some BUZZ for his listing.
He came up with POPPA PANDA!
POPPA PANDA is a great big PANDA costume, and I took pictures of POPPA PANDA doing all sorts of houshold things inside the home. He cooks, he eats, he loves his kitchen and jetted tub!
It's hysterical!
My husband was starting to get MUCH more interest in the house, until the MLS removed the photos!
They said it was not within the guidelines of their regulations.
BUT, we still managed to keep them on the other sites such as Trulia and Zillow and others too!
He did a great video from Tour Factory for it too. It's working!
