May 2016 home sales in Trumbull CT were UP 8% as compared to May 2015 sales.
The average listing and selling prices for April both went down 4%. The median home price INCREASED 2%. This is a good example of understanding the difference between the sales average and median home price.
Going forward, there are 53 homes under deposit and 75 sales pending, higher pendings than previous months -- a good sign for sales in June and July.
