Just a short note to help boost both seller and buyer leads this summer while selling some houses too. I have noticed on the marketing side, that Facebook lead generation and Facebook boosts have been a good way to get some inexpensive leads.
All I do is set up a Facebook post off of a Facebook home listing at $2 a day for up to 7 days. When you set up your post, Insert photo first then add highlighted listing details. Use a link that takes visitors back to your moneysite or main website where they can search homes.

We have some agents that have received 15 to 20 leads in a very short period of time.
Make sure you create a targeted audience also to maximize your effort. An example would be a 25 mile radius around Sacramento, ages 25-65, with the behaviors of likely to move,renters,and first time home buyers.
