When the sun is shining and the skies are blue, Lake Chelan is at it's best! This fourth of July weekend, boaters are out in force enjoying the great weather and "smooth sailing".  Being in real estate, one of my favorite things to do is take a tour of waterfront homes from the waters.

If you're here in town, or are plan on visiting soon, you might find yourself wondering what do those houses on the water go for? How much do they cost. You might be surprised at how high some of them sell for and what some of the smaller cabin type properties can be scooped up for. Lake Chelan Waterfront For Sale

There are several really great waterfront homes on the market right now in Chelan.

Ranging from There are several really great waterfront properties on the market right now ranging from $520,000 to just over $1.7 Million. 

This year, to date, there have been 24 waterfront homes sold. Ranging in price from $75,000 to just over 1.6Million. The average price for a waterfront home on Lake Chelan is $837,563.
