Today I thought I would try to be of help to the first time homebuyers in Tooele County. 
I write a lot about those folks in my blog, as over the years it's not lack of down payment, or credit issues themselves that keep families from looking at houses to buy, but not understanding the process. Sure those are issues that could be holding people back, but, as an example, lack of down payment wouldn't stop someone from getting the house they need if they knew that Tooele County was still on the approved list for no money down loans thru a government program at the USDA.
Likewise, credit issues are not always unsurmountable, as requirements are changing day to day and lender by lender. Plus we know mortgage lenders that are willing to council prospective property owners about the most efficient and fastest way to repair that broken credit problem.
