Start to go up is exciting as well. It is a different kind of excitement to be sure..but none the less it is a blast.! You spend time drawing plans...thinking..imagining..then the day comes.! Not unlike the birth of a child. Your imagination is no longer on paper but becomes a reality. Don't be afraid..embrace it..it is so exciting. very different but I get your analogy. I've done both, brought a child into the world and brought my vision into being a home. I plan to do it once more and we're constantly revising plans. Right now the plan is to build in about 6 more years.
