The idaho real estate market is HOT right now. Rain Silverhawk currently has 13 homes and land in escrow. WOW!
We met with some past clients yesterday and my gal made a comment that she went online to see what we were up to. She said I found sales from all corners of the map you guys sure do sell alot of stuff. I got to thinking about it and not only have all the past sales been spread over Bonner County, Boundary County and Kootenai county but the 13 pending escrows we have right now are spread all over.
