I will say... while it seems like an eternity since I have been on AR or even written a post, I cannot exactly say what prompted me to log in to AR tonight of all nights but for some reason found compelled to. I think a combination between missing a lot of my old crew as well as keeping current on the happenings in the industry and BAM here I find myself writing a quickie post.
No this is not going to be filled with the best insight in the country for rate direction or predictions (yes I am extremely modest lol) and no this post is not going to be filled with a call to action of ... why NOW is the best time to buy a home or save some money refinancing (since rates are back at the historic lows of the last 50 yrs giving each and every one of us an incredible opportunity)
I think its more about getting my feet wet and seeing if I can carve out 30-60 mins to rejoin a platform that was very near and dear to me for many years and helped create some very good AR friendships both online and in real life.
Anyway without being to corny here I am, show me some love and I will promise to try to make this a much more regular stint again!
Love AR and miss you all and hope to be back in the swing of things again
