Where the deer and the antelope play fair
Things work out better when there is a meeting of the minds and everyone gets along.
Kiss and Make-Up
Work with people you can trust. If you're a Buyer and you don't get your needs met, re-evaluate the situation, remain calm, matter-of-fact, and unemotional. Try not to take anything personal. Money means different things to different people - don't try to figure out why something didn't work. Break free of other people's emotions. Think about the results you want to achieve and don't waste time trying to figure out why things didn't go exactly the way you believe it should have gone. Focus on the positive and not the actions that may have had nothing to do with you at all!
"A wounded deer leaps the highest." --- Emily Dickinson
Communicate effectively. Don't be a deer in the headlights! Know the market you're in, work with people you trust, ask questions, don't rely on erroneous information from on-line window shopping or well-meaning people who are not in the business. Work within your means, budget, and know what you're signing before you sign.
If you are in need of representation in the Dallas Metroplex, please don't hesitate to let me know. We should all be deer to each other.
