Westwood lot sold by Rain Silverhawk

It finally sold!  This lot was with a fellow agent for several years before I got it and it is officially the longest listing I ever had.  While it had all the makings for a great homesite it was in an area that just wasn't having any new construction.  This was just one of those properties that needed that special person to fall in love with it. Each and every time the listing was expiring, I was just sure my seller would drop me and each time he would say he knew how hard I was working on it and he hoped this would be the year.  This wonderfully loyal client stuck it out through thick and thin and finally sold this lot.

Water, gas, phone, and electric to the property line. Almost 1 acre with Awesome rim and mountain views, overlooks mill and valley and no one can ever build behind you . This affordable view lot is close to public access on Moyie River. Public maintained road with year round access. Property was previously perc tested and Financing is available. Come build your dream home.

Today I received probably the cutest and sweetest notes from my seller.

Rain,  What you fail to mention is the fact you hung there and continued with incredible service, justifying this letter, with a parcel of land priced well below $30,000.  Very impressive and just one of the things that continue to impress me about you.  Kudos.  Mark
