It is an unincorporated community of San Diego County California. 4S Ranch is west of Rancho Bernardo, south of Lake Hodges and South Escondido, west of Rancho Santa Fe and Santaluz and north of Rancho Penasquitos and Torrey Highlands in Carmel Valley.
