Picasa, owned by Google, is an absolute must-have product....and best of all it's free!

As a real estate professional, we are constantly snapping photos that need to be improved and organized. Picasa is the ultimate tool for doing both. Simply download from your camera directly into Picasa, create a folder name for the property, and tweak away!

Picasa You can instantly adjust highlights, shadows, fill lights, and color temperature. You can add all sorts of effects, including sepia, black and white, and soft focus. You can crop, straighten, remove red-eye, add captions, and more. And if you don't like an edit, you can reverse it with a simple click of a mouse.

Picasa even provides ways to share your photos. In addition to sending pics via your own email account,  you can send images via Google's Gmail. You can also easily upload pictures to popular photo-sharing sites, including Shutterfly and Ofoto, Flickr or Snapfish  or burn photos onto CD or DVD. Plus its a snap to upload to your MLS.

I wouldn't be without this tool. Go get your own....

Thanks for the reminder Hollie, this is a great site and I love slide shows that they have. Sometimes they work better then virtual tours.

I agree...I am starting to like some of the new slide show systems out there, better than the actual virtual tours. It seems as though you have a little more control, and there is no distortion, as in some virtual tours. Watch for some of my future reviews of the different slide show options available...and thanks for taking time to comment!

Hollie,  Does it give you any extra Google juice for using pictures edited on Picasa?  If so, I am ready to sign up.
