How is the Culver City, CA 90230 Real Estate Market? Well the market is on fire is the short answer. How are the prices well they are out of this world... now with that said the reason for this is the school system and the fact that it is in close proximity to two Movie Studios and the City had a transformation in the past ten years.
Now it is hip cool and trendy to live in Culver City. Now with that said let's look at the numbers:

With such a tight inventory and price increases median days on market is a clear indicator of a sellers market. I just sold a home in multiple offers near the 405 Freeway and the price was right in line with the median sales price.
