How's The Del Ray, Eckert, Cedaredge Area Real Estate Market

This is a real estate market update for July 2016 for Del Ray Subdivision. This is a great neighborhood about four miles south of Cedaredge. The location makes it easy to get to both Delta and Cedaredge. 

The location also gives the area great Grand Mesa views. The lots are generally larger. There are no thru streets, so traffic is minimal. 

• Real estate activity has been slow over the last year and a half. That's mainly due to the lack of properties that have been on the market. 
• At this time there is one property on the market and pending a sale. 
• One home has sold so far this year. It sold for $187,000. 
• In the last year and a half, four homes have sold with an average selling price of $169,000.
