Home sales are just as hot as the weather! In June there were 79 closed Sales! Compared to 2015's 60 closed sales, Oswego's market is ahead of 2015. YTD there have been 306 closed detached home sales compared to 264 in 2015!
Currently there are 167 active detached homes available. Of these, 14 are "New" listings, 20 have recent price changes and 3 have been reactived. There are already 12 listings in "Pending" mode and 109 homes that are currently "Contingent" July already looks great!
