Today we wrap up our three part series. We have looked at what type of home you get in the Bozeman area for under $250,000as well as in the $250,000-$375,000 price range. This upper price range opens up a lot of different types of homes available. In general you'll find homes with 3 to 4 bedrooms with a few that have 5. Most have 2-3 bathrooms and a square footage of around 2,200 to 3,100. The square footage changes with variables such as a smaller home in the downtown area may be the same price as a very large home out of town.
