Hungry for a good healthy breakfast on Maui's north shore?
If you're looking for somewhere to eat breakfast or lunch in the Haiku Pauwela area, check out the little restaurant in the front corner of the old Pauwela Cannery - Baked on Maui. It's a bakery and coffee shop serving the community for years and they continue to please with their coffees and teas in the morning along with hot dishes to start the day right. Pancakes and waffles, omelets, sandwiches and salads - that kind of stuff.

You can sit down and eat inside or out, or do take out. It's casual and friendly, with a view of the comings and goings at the old cannery that used to process pineapples back in the day. Plenty of free parking nearby.
They have a great pastry display to satisfy any sweet tooth... carrot cake, peach cobbler, bars, breads and rolls.
The old Pauwela Cannery is a real landmark and historic site on the lower part of West Kuiaha Rd. It's a busy little hub of activity with light industrial shops and some retail outlets catering mostly to the north shore residents who enjoy time in the water, surfing and paddling.
People love Haiku for so many reasons - close to the ocean waves and beaches, a casual country lifestyle, lush tropical life and warm climate. Find a home to buy in Haiku Maui and you can call this HOME. Call me when you're ready to start the search.
