Sales

There were 20 Bronxville NY single family home sales in June. This is up 17.6% from 17 in June of 2015. This is the highest unit sales have been since 30 in July, 2015. Sales/list price ratio in June moved down to 96.6% from 99.6% in May.

Prices

Median price in June was $1,800,000. This is up 5.9% from $1,700,000 in June of 2015. This is the highest median price has been since February, 2015. 3-month median price of $1,212,500 in June was way up from $840,000 in May and up modestly from $1,150,000 in June of 2015. Price per square foot in June was $530. This is up from $349 in May but down from $609 in June of 2015.

Inventory

Inventory of 80 in June was down 10.1% from 89 in May and down 21.6% from 102 in June of 2015. New listings of 21 in June were up considerably from 13 in May but down somewhat from 30 in June of 2015. Months of supply of 6.2 in June was down modestly from 7 in May and down a little from 7.6 in June of 2015. This is the lowest months of supply has been since December, 2015.

Market Time

Days on market of 68 in June was up slightly from 62 in May and up modestly from 60 in June of 2015.

Good morning, Christopher. Bronxville has always been expensive because of it's location, but those are some big numbers. Given the size of the town, I'm amazed there are even that many homes for sale there.
