New listings of 21 in June were up considerably from 13 in May but down somewhat from 30 in June of 2015. Months of supply of 6.2 in June was down modestly from 7 in May and down a little from 7.6 in June of 2015. This is the lowest months of supply has been since December, 2015.
Market Time
Days on market of 68 in June was up slightly from 62 in May and up modestly from 60 in June of 2015.
