The Luxe Homes Team partners with Fellowship Church and Allaso Ranch to send disadvantaged kids to summer camp through the Luxe Homes Team Summer Camp Program.
Below is an update from the pastor of Fellowship Church, Ed Young about summer initiatives.
Dear Friend,
I hope your summer is off to an amazing start! While the temperature is rising, things are heating up here at Fellowship Church as well. As so many of us are travelling, or at home managing busy schedules and activities, it's crucial for us all to stay faithful to our commitment to support this House. Why? Because what happens during one summer can change everything.
- At Allaso Ranch, our student camps have launched with an amaing trajectory. In just the first two weeks, we have already seen hundreds of students grow in their walk with God, and 92 have taken the step to be baptized.
- Our initiatives through C3 Global in Haiti and Guatemala continue to mipact entire communities. Recently, we provided a frewsh water filtration system in the village of Agua Zarca, Guatemala. Now, hundreds of people are experiening fresh water every day. Coupled with a daily Bible study for the children of that village, what is happening there is truly life-transforming!
- And just two weeks ago, we launched our second prison campus at the Estes Unit. Already, we are seeing a packed HOuse, as so many men come to understand htat God has a plan and a purpose for their future!
As you can see, one summer has changed everything for so many people. But these are just a few of the things that are happening, and it is far from over!
By staying faithful, you will continue to live out the words spoken by Jesus, "You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden... let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven."
Thank you for your commitment to this House and all that God is allowing us to be part of. I look forward to seeing what the rest of this summer will bring!
