A New Day Begins
It's important to realize that there is one and only one thing in life that is completely within our power to control and that is our thoughts.
We may not be able to control what happens to us but we are always able to control our response to what happens to us.
When we find ourselves overcome with feelings of fear, helplessness, doom and gloom, we can always put the brakes on these feelings by gently but firmly choosing to shift the focus of the negative thoughts that are running through our minds to positive thoughts.
Our feelings are a direct result of the thoughts we think, and setting aside some time every morning and evening for positive visualizations, positive affirmations, and or meditation is a highly effective way of keeping our thoughts positive and in our control.
