Doggie Stud in La Quinta California
We spent a long weekend a few years ago with a good friend at her house in the California desert. We were out for lunch and shopping in the upscale desert community of La Quinta and happened upon this doggie stud in one of the shops.
He seemed perfectly at ease and self confident in his attire, despite his diminutive size. Not sure what the other dogs in the area thought, especially the females, but he didn't mind posing.
My dogs will NOT wear clothes. Not the booties to protect their feet in hot and cold, not the rain coat, not the orange... don't shoot me vest in deer season. They just fight it. Sigh. Guess I should have started when they were puppies.

Noah Seidenberg - he was pretty cute, and friendly, too
Tammy Lankford, - some are clearly more tolerant than others. I think some people go overboard.

Ron and Alexandra Seigel - actually this was over the New Year's weekend so the weather was a little coolish. I suppose in the summer he might wear it in the air conditioned store where he hung out with his owner!

Indeed. There was someone else that came into the store with a big dog and this little fellow didn't seem the least concerned. Maybe even a touch of arrogance!!

My dog, Zeke, will pose long enough for me to get a photo with a baseball cap on his head. Doubt it they have Zeke's size...he weighs 100 lbs.
