The Garden on Sunday, July 31!

The Water Conservation Garden is pleased to host a special appreciation day for Helix Water District and Sweetwater Authority customers! Discover different varieties of drought-tolerant plants, learn how to "Toss the Turf" and get inspiration on how to incorporate water-wise gardening into your own garden!

FREE activities for Helix Water District & Sweetwater Authority customers.

9:30am	Learn all about Native Butterflies and How to Attract Them to Your Backyard with Ms. Smarty-Plants™
10:00am	Docent Garden Tour
10:00am-2:00pm	Shaved Ice (first 300 Helix and Sweetwater customers free!)
11:00am	Presentation and Tour of the Native Habitat Garden with The Garden's Director of Horticulture, Clayton Tschudy
11:30am	Learn all about Native Butterflies and How to Attract Them to Your Backyard with Ms. Smarty-Plants™
Noon	Docent Garden Tour
1:00pm	Presentation and Tour of the Native Habitat Garden with The Garden's Director of Horticulture, Clayton Tschudy

Other special activities include butterfly releases, Veggie Garden Open House and soil demonstrations. Customers will also enjoy special discounts in The Water Drop Garden Shoppe.
