Northridge is a large neighborhood in terms of the area it covers. It's just north of Cedaredge. It lies on the east and west side of Highway 65. Some of the subdivision is heavily wooded and other places are wide open with great valley and Grand Mesa views.
There is some new real estate activity to talk about since my last report.
At this time there are no active listings in Northridge. One home is under contract pending a sale. (With no active listings on the market...now is a great time to list your home).
So far this year three neighborhood homes have sold. The average sold price is $295,000 and the median sold price is $295,000.
The average DOM (days on market) for the sold listings is 191.
