Oh, thank you for these tips! My girlfriend also says that her skin gets affected a lot in summer because of all the makeup that she uses, so she decided to work on her skin besides her body. These are great tips! After all, you don't want to do anything in the heat, especially when you experience various pains during training because of the heat.
