Selling a Park Place Natomas Condo is the First Step

By
Real Estate Agent with Elizabeth Anne Weintraub, Broker DRE #00697006

Selling a Park Place Natomas condo is only the beginning, closing can be a challenge. When I participate in competing listing presentations, often the primary thing the seller wants to know is how to hire the cheapest agent -- which is an awful way to try to sell a home, but they don't know any better. So much can happen between finding a buyer and closing. That's where much of the magic happens in a transaction.

This particular seller was sold on hiring me immediately. Even though I charge more than the discount agents. Even though she was bringing in a check to close escrow (her mortgage exceeded her equity). She confided that she chose me because she didn't want any problems, and wanted a pro to handle the transaction. Said she's been reading my blogs for years. You can read more about this in my personal blog today at this link: Park Place Natomas Condo SOLD at Record Price. I try to exceed expectations.

Hi ELizabeth -- pushing the envelope and creating the right marketing buzz is what a difference hiring a the right real estate professional makes.

Love your blog, Elizabeth. Good for that seller to hire the best agent, namely you, to get the job done AND get the highest price ever in that complex.

Two walk in closets is the verbiage i use when describing those closets.  But then again, it won't be long before the word "walk" in walk-in will be considered discriminatory against those in wheelchairs.

Chris Ann Cleland I hate to say this, Chris Ann, but it is a problem to state walk-in closets for those who need to roll in. It's why we should not even say an owner could walk downtown or walk to the movies or walk to restaurants. We have to say "near." It's an annoyance for some, sure, but words have impact.

Hella M. Rothwell, Broker/Realtor® I think it says something when an owner has to take money out of her pocket to pay her agent, and she decides the best agent for her is me. I am very humbled by that. She is smart enough to see the value where those seeking the discounters are unable.
