Sales of Old Town homes have been very good so far this year - there have been 97 sales, ranging in price from a low of $250,000 to a high of $975,000, with a median price of $430,000 and an average price of $464,332. Market performance was also good, with an average days to offer of 19 days and an average days on market of 51 days. These 97 homes sold for an average of 100.1% of list price, showing high buyer demand and a strong seller's market. Old Town's attractiveness to buyers generally results in sale prices at a premium over similar homes elsewhere in the city.
