While limited somewhat by a lack of inventory, sales have been good in Ridgewood Hills so far in 2016 - there have been 27 sales, priced from a low of $305,000 to a high of $554,000, with a median price of $370,000 and an average price of $367,267. Market performance was very good, with the average days to offer at 19 days and average days on the market at 53. The sale price/list price ratio for these 27 homes was 100.6% of list price, indicative of high buyer demand and a strong seller's market.
