On July 18, 2016, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported that home values gained 6.8% at an avarage price of $674,310 in June of 2016 from $631,140 in May 2016, and increased 6.3% the price of $634,190 from June of 2015. While, homes sales jumped 17.8% in June of 2016, from May of 2016 and
rose 9.0% from June of 2015 in Ventura County, California.
There were 3.8 months supplies of available inventory of homes in June of 2016, same as from 3.8 months in May of 2016, but up from 3.7 months in June of 2015. An average it took 50.4 days to sell a home in June of 2016, down from 51.4 days in May of 2016, and lower from 51.2 days in June of 2015 in Ventura County, California
