My job description is quite different from others in the real estate business. The clients for whom I work are real estate agents with one as a team and the other as an individual agent.  Both entities are handled the same, and what I do for one applies to both. What I do every day requires a different type of focus than listing and selling real estate. 

What I do is comparable to what an office does or should do for its agents. I receive compensation from the agents for whom I market, and there is a signed agreement in place with both of those entities, the team and the individual. I also have another job of mentoring them, if they feel they need it.  I am also available to mentor for others in the office, if they feel they want it.

My mission statement is to provide online and offline exposure for one real estate team and one individual real estate agent. This major task is performed every day and on a variety of sights and sources. The magnitude of their success is in direct proportion to the quality of the marketing produced by me!!

My Vision Statement is to energize my clients by mentoring and reflecting that energy within my marketing. We become what we are perceived to be.  Perception becomes reality in the real estate business, and a marketing agent is the prime candidate to accomplish that task that results in the client mastering the challenges that lead to success. 

Setting and attaining goals are integrated within my marketing for each client. Feeling accomplished and having a desire for more is the message that I attempt to instill daily within the mind of those for whom I market. Mental conditioning is most important.  How we think is a reflection of how we perform!

My Value Statement is to give guidance, mentor and reflect all the elements necessary to generate self-confidence, professional behavior with a touch of arrogance that will result in consistent production complemented by a reputation that garners respect and appreciation from their clients.

WOW, that was a mouthful, but that’s my story! That’s how I think and work every day. That’s what I get paid for, and I enjoy those commission checks. My goal is to keep them flowing and make them multiply.
