DocuSign and digital signatures have really changed the real estate industry and I actually used one when I purchased some vacant land in Alaska last year

I like them and use them all the time with my corporate clients, other clients still use paper though.

I love the new digital signatures as well Lauren.  Unfortunately, it's still not used by all institutions and firms.

e-Signatures have changed my life and made my transactions so much more efficient. Every so often, I still need a wet signature, but I will say that these days e-signing happens 99% of the time on my documents.

Lauren,  I cannot imagine the need to get wet signatures on client documents. It is such a time waste not to mention inconvenience.  

Lauren e-signatures are taking over, but there are still a few document that require a wet signature, but that will most likely change in the very near future.
