Do What’s Right . . . . When No One Is Watching
“Real Integrity is doing the right thing, knowing that
nobody’s going to know whether you did it or not.”
Oprah Winfrey, American Media Proprietor, Talk Show Host,
Actress, Producer, Philanthropist
As I see it. . . . . . . .
Do what’s right . . . . when no one is watching
There will be times that you can make a choice to do the right thing . . . . or to compromise your position. The decision should always be the same no matter if the whole world is watching you . . . . or you’re in a position where no one will know what you’re done.
What is being tested in that moment in time . . . . is your integrity.
You can make the choice to the right thing . . . . and maintain your integrity. Or you can choose to compromise . . . . to take the course of least resistant’s . . . . and think that not one will know what you have done.
Someone always knows what you have done . . . . and that person is you. When you have compromised your integrity . . . . you’re not be honest with yourselves.
It’s important to retain your integrity . . . . for the world to see. It becomes critical to set the standard of personal integrity . . . . for you to follow.
Do what’s right . . . . when no one is watching . . . . is being honest with yourself. In time the people that count most in your life . . . . will see you as a person of integrity.
