I closed on a beautiful condo in the Lagos at La Quinta Country Club on Friday for $450,000.  Another condo with these breathtaking lake views sold for $425,000.  Right now there are only 3 homes on the market from $359,900 to $549,000.  All 3BR/3BA with incredible views...
