Roseville California

Services for Real Estate Pros

Although Roseville is a modern and progressive city with a very bright future, it treasures its historical roots as a vibrant railroad hub. Situated in Placer County on the eastern side of the Sacramento Valley looking up at the Sierra Nevada mountain range, Roseville is just a 16-mile drive from Sacramento, the state’s capital. Roseville’s climate is not unlike other cities in California, ranging from dry hot summers to fairly mild winters. What began as a small town populated by discouraged miners from California’s Gold Rush has grown into a fully developed, very charming city.

Roseville is among the most beautiful cities in the Sacramento area, one whose residents promote a kind of love and zest for life that you don’t find often. Being fairly close to the state capital, Roseville has managed to balance its economy, residential and recreational needs quite well. Roseville is ideally located for homebuyers eager to enjoy all that a Northern California residence can offer.

In the winter people across the world come to enjoy the snow-packed mountains. There’s wonderful skiing, snowboarding, sledding, ice-skating, snowmobiling, cross- country skiing and snowshoeing. Ski and mountain resorts offer something for every family member, whether it’s relaxing with a book by the fire in the lodge or racing down the moguls on your skis.

In springtime people emerge from their homes to explore the outdoors, with its raging rivers and waterfalls. The landscape is blanketed with multicolored wildflowers as far as the eye can see along the trails. There’s no better scenery for a picnic in spring.

Four Seasons Real Estate provides a full range of real estate services to the entire Tri Counties area. We work with clients looking for luxury homes as well as those with small single-family homes needing a short sale, the entire spectrum. In terms of residential real estate, our team of experienced agents can provide a solution to meet your specific needs, no matter how unique.

We take pride in offering unparalleled customer service on every transaction, whether big or small. We’ve grown our business one satisfied customer at a time over many years and are passionate about the relationships we’ve built in the community. It’s a giant compliment to get so much repeat and referral business from our many loyal clients.

So please explain what it is YOU do as part of this service. You don't indicate you're a Realtor, you say you provide services to Real Estate Pros, but your post indicates you are soliciting the public, so I'm having a hard time understanding.

Welcome to ActiveRain.

Nice post Regina, welcome to the "rain"  I'm assuming that your are in the marketing department of Four Seasons Real Estate.

I have lived and worked in the greater Sacramento area, Roseville specifically for the last 15 years.  In addition to the values you share about what used to be a sleepy town,  Roseville under its excellent city administrative leadership has grown into a sprawling well planned CITY and the development continues. Wide corridors and boulevards do a good job routing all the traffic and commuters.  City planners knew how to apply all the development dollars.  It is a great place to live and raise kids with great schools and entertainment.

However, if families seek just a bit slower pace in life or more open space away from malls and "city"  life Loomis, Penryn, Newcastle, Auburn, Grass Vally and Nevada City bring the Gold Country to life without sacrificing any quality of life.

Just depends what one is looking for...
