Homes With Lake Views Are a Treat in Colorado

When you think of view homes in Colorado, the first thing that comes to mind is mountain views. We do have some breath taking mountain views in the Denver Metro Area, but we also have some homes with water views.

Yesterday, I was showing homes and was very impressed with the view from a home I showed in Southshore - Aurora CO.

Here is the view from the back deck of this gorgeous Pulte home.

Aurora Reservoir

The big blue body of water is the Aurora Reservoir. The open space is protected by the State and cannot be built on ever!

The home was also incredible. It is a ranch style home with a finished walkout basement offering 4,582 finished square feet.

This home is located at 27503 E Euclid Drive, Aurora CO 80016

List price $649,900

My buyers are still trying to decide if they want to submit an offer on this home, but I bet it won't last long. It is drop dead gorgeous.

Hi Belinda Spillman - I owned a Pulte home in California and it was very well built. I can just imagine sitting there looking at that peaceful view of the water.
