This post is in answer to the July contest, How is your 2016 Business Plan Looking.
Actually, the first half of 2016 was an extension of business that I had been working on in 2015. Yes, these were very busy months, and I handled some transactions that really were pretty challenging.
ON LOOKING BACK:
As you all know, I am a licensed broker in both California and Hawaii but I really did not take advantage of the CROSS MARKETING opportunities, I kept the markets separate.
BUT THIS IS CHANGING AS OF AUGUST 1, 2016.
My last blog talked about advertising in the CARMEL magazine with a full page ad for the next year. It's a quarterly upscale magazine handed out throughout the Monterey Peninsula with an emphasis on Pebble Beach and Carmel-by-the-Sea. Each of my quarterly ads will highlight a different emphasis.
Ad #1 - Summer/Fall issue on the stands August 1.
This ad will let the public know that they can meet with me at my Carmel-by-the-Sea office to discuss their real estate needs in Hawaii.

Ad #2 - Holiday issue on the stands November 1.
This second ad will introduce new agents and their areas of expertise.
Advertising in 2017.
It's too early to announce their emphasis:
Ad #3 - Winter/Spring issue on the stands February 1. TBA.
Ad #4: - Spring/Summer issue on the stands May 1. TBA
