Wordless Wednesday - Connection

Joanna,
I don't think it is sand either, and I love the concept. I like looking at hands, they do so much on a daily basis. A
Joanna, I had to look at this one twice! And right now, I wouldn't mind being partially buried in the sand.
Good Morning Joanna - that is a great shot. Successful people have learned to connect with others.
Joanna, perfect caption for that photo.
The power of human touch ... life - love - connection.

What a super cool picture, Joanna. And the colors in it are "not of this world" somehow. Love it--you don't need words to get its message across.
Thank you so much Nina Hollander and Kathleen Daniels and Grant Schneider and Patricia Feager and Patricia Kennedy - the power of connection is so important-particularly during times of so much divisiveness.

Good evening Beth Atalay and Ron and Alexandra Seigel - I love this photo - it is a photo of a sculpture that I saw at the Met last week - wonderful artist who casts in wax. So much creativity in the world and I too love looking at hands - although mine are really beginning to show my age!

Good morning Joanna. Impressive, I like it. Other than skin color we are all alike. Sad not everyone can see that
Good morning James Dray - thank you for sharing your thoughts and yes, we are and yes we can!!!!
You are right Michael Jacobs - we all have associations about how important connections that we have or that we think about came to be - when I think about connection I think two things - It Takes A Village AND, the hands connected in the famous Pepsi Commercial and auspicious ending to Mad Men!
I too love this photo and see that the arms end at some point. Hence a sculpture - and thanks for explaining, I always want to know the origin. Hope you're having a great summer, Joanna. Big hugs. D

Big hugs back to you-thinking of you and hoping that you are having a great summer too! It is very very hot here and the best place to be is inside! How about your neck of the woods?
Joanna- someone should turn this into a logo! I love it and the title you gave it.
Good morning Joanna Cohlan,
How I love this photo and the title is priceless. Thanks for sharing your visit to the Met! This artist is so talented!!
Love the message, the photo and more so the comments Joanna, what a great post, Endre
Thanks so much Kathy Streib and Dorie Dillard and Endre Barath, Jr. - so glad that you enjoyed the photo and I look forward to sharing more of this artist with you. Hope you all have a wonderful week ahead.
Joanna, they didn't look quite real, so it was fun to try and figure out what/where/how. Art always inspires! Especially through your eyes, my dear friend. We ALL treasure what you bring to us weekly...a true connection for all of who visit you on Wednesdays.
Life is REALLY good--the weather is fan-tab-ulous....you ought to be here, we are having a stunning summer, with just enough heat and breeze.
Oh how I wish I were there Gayle Rich-Boxman Fishhawk Lake Realtor (503)755-2905 ! IT is hot and humid in New York but on the weekends the city is empty and so much fun going in to museums without any crowds. So happy to bring you what has inspired me and makes me feel so alive!
Joanna, like everyone else...I LOVE the photo and thought it was taken at a beach. Beautiful art sculpture.
My mom collected ceramic hands. She loved the various interpretation and gestures.
