Over the years, it has generally been the most affordable condos to live in on the western side of Danbury with easy access to the Mill Plain road corridor and NY state line.

The community is located, set back from Danbury's popular Mill Plain Road close to the trendy restaurants, upscale shopping, services, schools, commuter routes and major corporate centers.
