This is a Chester County Real Estate Market Report Update. Chester County Real Estate is always the hottest in the summer months, this year was no exception. Houses are selling for good prices, just not in record amount of time. The market is not quite as strong for sellers as last year, based on my own unscientific research.

Chester County Real Estate Market will most likely slow down pretty fast in September. If you are on the fence about selling your home, list now or wait until May.
