Emerald Hills is one of Delta's newer neighborhoods. It has a great location on the south end of town. This location, near the new truck bypass, is great for those that commute to Grand Junction or Montrose. The homes are newer and priced well for the area.
The inventory hasn't change a lot since last month's real estate market report, but there are some changes to talk about.
- There are three active listings. Prices start at $152,000 and go up to $173,000. The two higher priced listings are bank owned and new construction.
- The average list price is $166,000.
- In the last month one home sold for $165,000. This was an owner occupied home. Since the first of the year there have been two sale in the neighborhood. The sale that happened earlier this year was a bank owned home in very good condition.
